It was over two years ago I first met Geroge & Maddie, on an overcast day in Dorset for THEIR WEDDING PROPOSAL PHOTOS. Here I am happy to say I was also their photographer for their Warminster wedding in December 23. When I woke that day to head to Wiltshire it was very misty and frosty, something we don’t get often in the UK. This was going to provide a soft light during the day for some nice evenly lit photographs.

Arriving at George’s parent’s house first I met Maddie again after so long, it was great to catch up. The wedding preparations were in full motion and I was able to meet some of his family also. After leaving this location I headed into Warminster to meet George and his best men. Frost was still plentiful on the ground and the mist had not lifted, and I was trying to find a car park. As for the ceremony, it was held in a well-lit environment where I did not struggle to get the shots needed and we managed to get a nice confetti shot outside afterwards.

Following this, the celebrations were held at THE GATHERING BARN a short drive from the Warminster. Decorated tables were laid to suit the Christmas season and festive trees could be found all over the venue. We worked hard with the photo opportunities, considering daylight hours are very limited.
